COVID-19 - Air transport: Health and local declarations required at entry to Italy

May 26, 2021

(TAP) - Entry conditions to Italy have been updated as part of the COVID-19 health protocols, national carrier Tunisair said Tuesday.

Travelers to Italy must fill in and sign two copies of the 'self-declaration' form. The first copy is handed over to the border police and the second is picked up by the crew and handed over to the destination station (station manager or handler), together with the health declaration form.

The forms can be downloaded via this link:https://cutt.ly/Mnejv9Pto

During check-in in Tunisia, passengers to Italy should also provide a completed location form (PLF). The form is available on https://app.euplf.eu/#/

In case of failing to provide the afore-mentioned documents, passengers will not be allowed to check in.

All other provisions, which have been applicable since April 19, 2021, remain in force, Tunisair said.
