TAP) - The Board of Directors of BNA Bank decided at its meeting Thursday to appoint deputy CEO Ahmed Ben Moulehom as acting CEO of the bank, replacing Mondher Lakhal.

Mondher Lakhal was dismissed earlier by the board, said the Bank.

The Financial Market Council (CMF) also announced on Thursday that it had decided at its meeting on Tuesday, March 7, to appoint Kais Rouatbi, to head stock market broker 'BNA Capitaux', as permanent representative of the Société Générale des Etudes et Travaux.
