September 9, 2022

TAP)- The national carrier Tunisair said on Thursday evening that its flights to and from Tunisia scheduled for this Friday, September 9, will be disrupted due to the strike of air traffic technicians.

Tunisair underlined in a press release that 'it will do its utmost' to mitigate the impact of this strike, calling on its passengers to contact its call centre for more information.

The basic union of air traffic technicians under the Tunisian General Labour Union (UGTT), had decided to observe a strike on Friday, following the failure of the conciliation session held on Thursday afternoon between the Ministry of Transport and the trade union.
