(TAP)- Nearly 170,000 tourists visited Nabeul and Hammamet from early January until June 20, that is up 150% on last year, Regional Commissioner of Tourism Wahid Ben Fraj told TAP.

An upward trend was likewise seen in the number of bednights with 480,000 against 145,000.

Fifteen hotels reopened recently, Ben Fraj further said, after a COVID-19 induced shutdown.
