It ranked first in Africa and the Arab world, for the third consecutive time.

According to the index, the Swiss Post is the best in the world with a score of 100 out of 100, followed by the Australian (95.35/100) and German (94.22 /100) Posts.

The 2IPD provides an overview of postal development worldwide.
